LG G Flex to be capable of 4K video recording after Android 4.4 KitKat update

An anonymous tipster to PhoneArena sent a User Agent Profile of the LG G Flex smartphone suggesting that the device to be capable of 4K video recording after it's Android 4.4 KitKat update which is to be released soon. A screenshot of the UAP (User Agent Profile) shows the all the recording modes available in G Flex which includes 4K video recording capability. However, till now we don't know when the Android 4.4 KitKat update is scheduled for the G Flex. The LG G Flex is available for purchase on Flipkart.com for Rs. 67,499 in Titan Silver color. SIM-free prices in the UK run pretty high – Amazon UK is asking £590, while Expansys is running the pre-order at £690. LG G Flex in Germany is priced for €850 from Amazon . Android 4.4 KitKat released for Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A

Samsung has officially released Android 4.4 KitKat to it's Galaxy S4 LTE-A (which is based on Snapdragon 800 processor), users in Korea. The Update is available via both Kies and OTA (over-the-air). This new firmware update is said to improve Galaxy S4 LTE-A performance, better RAM management, improved touchWiz UI and much more. As the Korean Galaxy S4 LTE-A got the Android 4.4 KitKat treatment. We expect the global versions to get this firmware update as soon as possible. Android 4.4 KitKat now seeding to Motorola Droid Mini, Ultra and Maxx

Just some few days Verizon started pulling Android 4.4 KitKat to it's Droid Mini, Ultra and Maxx customers and now Motorola has started seeding Android 4.4 KitKat firmware update to it's all users of Droid Mini, Ultra and Maxx. This firmware update for Droid Mini, Ultra and Maxx brings camera improvement, better power management. However, the overall visual interface remains almost identical to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The firmware update also allows it's users to access the immersive mode and also adds Firbit support along with updated version of Droid Zap. It also fixes some known and unknown bugs and errors and improves overall stability of the device. Android 4.4 Kitkat coming to Micromax's 15 smartphones

Today, MMXNewscaster has come up with a confidential report stating that Micromax is all preparing itself to release Android 4.4 KitKat to it's 15 Canvas series smartphones. New Year KitKat Surprise! Samsung Galaxy S4 and Note 3 to get Android 4.4 KitKat in late January

French carrier SFR has just released details on up-coming Android 4.4 KitKat firmware update to the Samsung's Galaxy S4 and Note 3 by end of the January. Though Samsung hasn't uttered a word about the firmware update officially, the carrier SFR confirms that the Android 4.4 KitKat will be coming to Galaxy S4 and Note 3 by end of January (or) early November. Global rollout will be close to this time frame. Android 4.4 KitKat is already seeding to Non-GPE devices and GPE devices too adding Samsung to the last one in the list but not the least on the list to update their devices to latest firmware. The Android 4.4 KitKat update for the Korean unit has been finalized and is already seeding to the the smartphone in its home market. If you live in Korea and you own an LG G2, the new firmware is already waiting for you to get it. Google's latest version of Android (i.e 4.4 KitKat) is rolling out now for HTC's One Google Play edition available through OTA but it can also be downloaded from HERE . The update sizes 305.40 MB. Few days ago, Google has officially unveiled the Nexus 5 along with new Android version 4.4 KitKat and later HTC, Motorola and Sony was the companies to promise Android 4.4 KitKat soon to their flagships. Google has also announced t hat the 4.4 KitKat is designed to scale and automatically fit on the devices with as little as 512 MB of RAM. Android 4.4 KitKat ROM for T-Mobile Motorola Moto X available on XDA

Few days ago, Motorola was the first among all companies to announce Android 4.4 KitKat update rollout for it's Moto X smartphone and now developers has already built a ROM for T-Mobile Moto X and made it available for download on XDA for people to try it on. This KitKat ROM was posted yesterday and it seems to be a dump from Developer Edition of Moto X. HTC to bring Android 4.4 Update for HTC One in US within 90 days

Today morning, Google has made Android 4.4 KitKat all official along with the most leaked Nexus 5 running it out of the box for now. But Jason Mackenzie, the president of HTC America announced that it will be updating it's carrier locked version of HTC One to Android 4.4 within 90 days in North America.
