Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for Samusng Galaxy S III officially released

Yesterday, Sammobile leaked a test build Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for Samsung Galaxy S III and today people in Ireland are receiving the same build update as officially and lacked KNOX security support and widgets are still using the same old design.

Despite it's official update, still it turns out some features are still missing when compared to Galaxy S4.

The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update is 932MB in size. So, it's better to update it through Wi-Fi via OTA and Samsung Kies tool.

Here's the complete changelog :
  • GALAXY GEAR Support
  • TRIM Support (faster UI)
  • ANT+ Support
  • Core UI elements get the new TouchWiz look (not widgets and icons though)
  • New Samsung Keyboard
  • GPU drivers have been updated
  • New Lockscreen: Multiple Widgets, improved ripple effect than Android 4.1.2, ability to change clock size and set a personal message
  • New Display modes: Adapt Display and Professional Photo
  • Daydream
  • Driving mode
  • Actionable notifications
  • Move-to-SD-card feature
  • New Camera mode : Sound and Shot
  • New Additions in Notification Center
  • Tabbed Settings UI
  • Implementation of Voice controls
  • New Samsung Apps: Calculator, Clock, Contacts, Gallery, Music
  • Full screen Samsung apps
  • New S-Voice
Yes, the core applications and UI elements look like the ones on the Galaxy S4, but the whole skin is still the same the Galaxy S III users had on their phones since they bought it. It looks like Samsung was either in a Hurry to release the update (or) it decided not to make the launcher look up to date.

For now, people in Ireland are started receiving this update but soon we'll see this update rolling out globally shortly.

Motorola Moto X4 alleged specifications leaked on GFXBench

Motorola Moto X4 is in rumors for quite a long time now, various renders, images and specifications has been leaked online but this specific spec sheet spotted on GFXBench is lesser than what is rumored about Moto X4. The Moto X4 was rumored to have 13MP Rear and 16MP Front cameras but in the spec sheet, it shows 11MP Rear and 15MP Front facing camera (the quality of the camera doesn't seem compromised though). ( Spec sheet spotted on GFXBench ) Also, the Moto X4 was rumored to be running on 4Gigabytes of RAM but there's only 3Gigs of RAM detected by the GFXBench. Still, we have seen a lot of benchmarks gone wrong a lot of times. So, we cannot confirm this spec sheet to be 100% true for the coming Moto X4 from Lenovo in the coming days. The Moto X4 is expected to be launched by end of this month or in August. Source Let us know what you think about this below in comments section. Apple iPhone 8 back panel image leaked

There's only two month left for the iPhone 8 to be released officially by Apple on it's 10th Anniversary in the month of September. As usual, iPhone 8 has been going through a lot of rumors but now there's a leak from an insider showing off the iPhone 8's back panel. As we can observe, the back panel is made of glass with oval shape cut out for placement of camera. Apple's logo is in it's usual place. Going by the leaked back panel, there's no chance of fingerprint sensor being placed in the back panel as claimed by previous rumors. Also, Apple's iPhone 8 is expected to feature a 3D face recognition to unlock the handset. The iPhone 8 is said to cost a lot more than it's predecessors making it only affordable by "true apple fans" - claimed by Engadget.
