Moto G5 Plus set to launch today in India exclusively on Flipkart for under Rs. 25,000

Motorola (Lenovo owned) an Flipkart have been teasing about Moto G5 Plus release past weeks and finally it's set to launch today on air at 12:00 this noon. Moto G5 Plus is expected to be available on Flipkart exclusively as soon after the launch event for purchase and expected price is between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000. The Moto G5 and G5 Plus were already displayed at MWC by Lenovo.  The launch event can be watched Live below : From the MWC, The Moto G5 and G5 plus was powered by Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box with two different variants - 2GB RAM with 32GB Internal storage and 3GB RAM with 32GB Internal storage costing $229 and $296 respectively. Xiaomi officially announces it's flagship device Mi 4 in China for $320 (Rs. 19,200)

We have already been hearing about Mi 4 release from few weeks followed by leaked image of the device a few days back and now Xiaomi officially announced it's flagship device (or) successor of Mi 3 naming it Mi 4 in China. Though Xiaomi officially didn't said a thing about it's availability in neighbouring countries, it should be available in a month or two in India. Android 4.4.2 KitKat now rolling out for Samsung Galaxy Grand 2

Samsung has been very slow in terms of releasing firmware updates (or) software updates to it's old devices and sometimes it doesn't even provide an update for some devices such as Galaxy S3 but However, the Android 4.4.2 KitKat is now rolling out for Galaxy Grand 2. The update includes all up-to date features of the 4.4.2 version and fixes several bugs and errors in the device with a bit of improved performance and stability of the device. It can be downloaded OTA and it weights about 360MB in size and very soon it should also be available through Samsung Kies. Micromax Canvas Gold (A300) goes on sale for Rs. 23,999

Micromax's latest flagship Canvas Gold (A300) has been listed for sale on the online retailers website infibeam.com for Rs. 23,999 but still it's not being announced or listed officially by Micromax. This new Canvas Gold features 5.5 inch FHD display, powered by 2GHz Octa-core chipset (probably MediaTek) with 2Gigabytes of RAM, 32 GB internal storage (only 26GB is useable, 25GB for mass storage and 1GB for Apps installation). LG officially announces QuickCircle case for G3

As the launch date gets closer for the G3 smartphone, LG announced a QuickCircle case for it which will allow users to access camera, contacts, gallery and much directly through the Circle without opening the case. LG will officially announce it's G3 on May 27th (less than a week from now) and before it does it, LG wants it customers to have some surprise announcements. LG's QuickCircle case is just like a Moto 360, we mean accessing all the things you want from a small circle (like a smartwatch) is a whole new experience for the people all around the globe. Android 4.4.2 KitKat now rolling out for Dell Venue 7 & 8

Starting from today, Dell has officially started rolling out Android 4.4.2 KitKat to it's Dell Venue 7 and 8 which was launched last year and got Android 4.3 Jelly Bean this year in January month. The update is 300MB in size and is available over-the-air. Beats acquired by Apple for $3.2 Billion

Today, the founders of Beats - actor Tyrese Gibson and Dr. Dre officially announced on the Instagram account that Apple has acquired Beats and it's services for $3.2 Billion. Motorola Moto E is suggested to be priced for $105

An import document spotted on the Zauba website gives us a bit details of the device and confirming that the device is indeed coming for real. From the import document, 1,180 total Moto E has been shipped to India with Rs. 6,330 per UNIT which equals to Rs. 74,69,400. The import document also suggests this device has 4GB of internal storage and hopefully it will be expandable for sure. However, the price of the per UNIT cannot be so low, as the retailers will add up a bit on top of that and the final price should be around $120 but before you get excited - Motorola has scheduled an event on May 13th and we may hear and see this there. Lenovo launches N20 and N20P Chromebooks for $279

The world's largest PC manufacturer has officially stepped into the Chromebook market by launching two different Chromebooks - N20 and N20P costing $279 in July and $329 in August respectively. Though ChromeOS is not the OS you would want for daily usage but it's just "Perfect" for your business usage providing almost unbreakable security from Google. These two Chromebooks have nothing much different except that the N20P can roate 300 degree making it just a Tablet (or) you could say just touchscreen but unfortunately ChromeOS isn't suited to do that for now. New firmware update v1.1 available now for Nokia X

It's no more a minor updates. Today, Nokia released a new firmware update for Nokia X with some few changes noticeable and maybe something is hidden. The new firmware update is 41MB in size via OTA (over-the-air). The update version is Nokia X Software Platform v1.1 from v1.0 and the Software version also changes from v11.1.2 to v1.1.2.2. Looks like Samsung has started caring for the predecessors of it's latest flagships and started rolling out the long awaited Android 4.4.2 KitKat for the Galaxy Note 2 and the first country to receive it is France.
