Samsung launches Galaxy Note 7 refurbished as Galaxy Note Fan Edition

Samsung has officially launched their Galaxy Note 7 totally refurbished with brand new OS version, better battery, bixby etc., as the Galaxy Note Fan Edition also known as Galaxy Note FE. Samsung aims to sell over 400,000 units in their home land (Korea) and will be later on deciding to whether sell it globally or not. The Samsung Galaxy Note FE comes with 5.6 inch Quad HD display, Octa-core processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, 12MP UHD Rear camera with LED flash, 5MP selfie camera, 64GB Internal storage (expandable), 4GB of RAM, 3.5mm headphone jack. Last but not the least, the refurbished Galaxy Note FE comes with a less powerful (not explosive) 3,200 mAh battery with 8-point safety check. The Galaxy Note FE also comes with Bixby. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to be a barrier to success for iPhone 8 launch

Samsung has started sending out invites to social media, YouTube reviewers for their today's event which is going to be conducted in New Delhi. According to the hint "Our next innovation" given by Samsung India through the event, we think that it's going to finally launch it's Note 8 where they badly failed with it's predecessor Note 7 being labelled as "Walking bomb". Android 4.4.2 KitKat now rolling out for Samsung Galaxy Grand 2

Samsung has been very slow in terms of releasing firmware updates (or) software updates to it's old devices and sometimes it doesn't even provide an update for some devices such as Galaxy S3 but However, the Android 4.4.2 KitKat is now rolling out for Galaxy Grand 2. The update includes all up-to date features of the 4.4.2 version and fixes several bugs and errors in the device with a bit of improved performance and stability of the device. It can be downloaded OTA and it weights about 360MB in size and very soon it should also be available through Samsung Kies. Samsung to launch it's Android Wear powered smartwatch next week at Google I/O

As Google introduced it's Android Wear OS for wearables, there was tons of rumors being spread around for smartwatches to come with this OS soon among which LG and Motorola are confirmed officially to introduce it's Android Wear smartwatch but according to CNET Samsung will also be showcasing it's Android Wear powered smartwatch. As CNET reports suggest that the Korean manufacturer has declined to comment on this rumor but it does said that it always looking to bring innovation among it which means possibly Samsung will be at Google's I/O. Today at an event, Samsung officially announced it's successor of Galaxy S4 Zoom called Galaxy K Zoom. Just as same as the Galaxy S4 Zoom, the Galaxy K Zoom too is an combination of Camera + smartphone. Unlike the Galaxy S4 Zoom, the Galaxy K Zoom has a slimmer back panel with better camera. The Samsung Galaxy K Zoom features 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED display, powered by Exynos 5 Hexa (6 cores) processor with Mali-T624 GPU, 2 Gigabytes of RAM, 8GB internal storage with upto 64GB expansion via micro-SD card slot, 20.7 MP 1/2.3 BSI CMOS sensor with xenon flash and LED auto-focus assist. Android 4.4.2 KitKat now rolling out for Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Looks like Samsung has started caring for the predecessors of it's latest flagships and started rolling out the long awaited Android 4.4.2 KitKat for the Galaxy Note 2 and the first country to receive it is France. The firmware is available for the international update via Kies and there's not info if this update is available OTA but it should be soon there. If people still didn't noticed the update in other regions then it should be soon pop-up on your device. The build number of the update is N7100XXUFND3 and obviously the firmware should include all the new features of the KitKat. Samsung added Gear support for more 20 devices

Samsung has officially stated that it's expanding Gear support for it's 20 devices (including both Smartphone and Tablets) but only for Samsung branded and not any other device. Samsung has unveiled the full list of supported devices for it's wearable Gear. Initially working on the support for it's latest flagship Galaxy S5, Samsung added support for Gear to more 19 devices. By the Gear we mean all wearables - Gear 2, Gear 2 Neo and Gear Fit. In order to make the Gear work on your device, you need to download Gear Manager and Gear Fit Manager on your Galaxy Phone and sync it with the Gear. Samsung sends invites for an event on April 29th, hints coming of Galaxy K (S5) Zoom

It's just been yesterday that people saw the face of Galaxy K Zoom a.k.a S5 Zoom (or) successor of Galaxy S4 Zoom but today Samsung started sending out invites for a press conference in Singapore on April 19th at Red Dot Design Museum. Samsung officially announces Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, 8.0 and 10.1

At MWC14 Samsung failed to announce it's Tab 4 series which everyone expected to make it's debut there but Samsung decided it to hold for sometime and now officially launched Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, 8.0 and 10.1 but haven't announced pricing details for them. Samsung has announced that these devices will go on sale by Q2 of this year (i.e April, May or June) globally in Black and White color options. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 Image leaked

The notorious Evleaks has leaked two images of up-coming device (actually a tablet) from Samsung claiming it to be Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. The Galaxy Tab 4 is expected to be featuring 10.1 FHD display, maybe a Quad-core processor, 720p Rear camera, better front facing camera than the Tab 3 (obviously) and from the image it looks that the Tab 4 will have a Hardware button in the middle rather than soft key. Samsung Galaxy S5 is up for pre-order for Rs. 1500

Samsung has officially listed it's Galaxy S5 for pre-order on it's Indian Estore website for Rs. 1500 (inclusive of taxes) in both Black and White colors and also gives 15% cashback when you use Citibank credit card for paying. Samsung also offers Cash on Delivery and promises to deliver it in just 1-3 days. As we already know, Indian market will be getting the Exynos 5 Octa-core powered variant, not the Snapdragon variant. Samsung Galaxy S5, Gear and Gear Fit officially launched in India

Samsung today has officially launched it's latest flagship device Galaxy S5 and two smart-watches Gear Neo, Gear 2 and Gear Fit in India. While the exact pricing details haven't been announced yet for these gadgets, it's expected to range from Rs. 51,000 to Rs. 53,000 for Galaxy S5, Rs. 21,900 for Gear 2. Whereas the Gear Neo and Gear Fit has been priced at Rs. 15,900.
