The Wall Street Journal has reported today that the Nokia will be showcasing it's first low-end Android device called "Nokia X" this month at MWC Barcelona event.
According to WSJ's sources, Nokia was putting a lots of efforts into this Nokia X while the Microsoft was performing due diligence prior to it's acquisition for the company. However, this Nokia's first Android device will be officially revealed and launched as Nokia X.
Unfortunately, the Nokia X will be launching without support from Google Play but instead will be having it's services from Microsoft and Nokia, it's just as same as Amazon's Kindle Fire.
The rumor specifications of Nokia X are - dual-core Snapdragon 200 SoC, dual-SIM, 4” WVGA display, 4GB of built-in memory, and 512MB of RAM. The handset will reportedly be priced in line with Nokia Asha devices.
