Samsung's most anticipated device (Note III) has been detailed in specific by Samsung focused website Sammobile.
According to Sammobile's insider, the second flagship handset by Samsung this year will launch in at least two different versions, dubbed SM-N900 and SM-N9005.

The SM-N900 will be having 5.98 inch FULL HD Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1920x1080p, powered by 1.8 Ghz Octa-core Exynos 5420 processor, ARM Mali-T628 MP6 GPU, 3 GB of RAM, 13 MP Rear camera with optical image stabilization, 13/32/64 GB internal storage with MicroSD card expansion slot up-to 64 GB.
It'll be running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with Samsung's own TouchWiz UI and under the back-panel lies a 3,200 mAh battery. SM-N900 will not be having LTE connectivity support.
For SM-N9005 there's nothing much confirmed but it will be sporting the same 5.98 inch FULL HD Super AMOLED display, 3 GB LPDDR3 RAM, 13 MP Rear camera with Optical image stabilization, running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and the same 3,200 mAh battery. SM-N9005 will have LTE connectivity support.
Sammobile's insider reported that Galaxy Note III will be available in three different storage variants but most will be receiving only 13/32 GB models but not 64 GB models. Only few markets will be getting 64 GB model.
Samsung is officially all set to launch it's Galaxy Note III scheduled on September 4th in Berlin.
