Samsung Galaxy Core up for pre-order

Today June 23 2013, Samsung listed it's new smartphone Galaxy Core for pre-book on their indian Estore website for Rs. 15,350 ($258.99).

The Galaxy Core is also listed on websites like Flipkart and Infibeam for Rs 15,200 ($256.45) which is 150 ($2.53) Rupees less than the official price on Samsung's indian Estore website. Shipping for Galaxy Core starts from July 1 if purchased from Samsung's Estore but if purchased from Flipkart, it promises to deliver in 8-10 days which is exactly July 1 and Infibeam promises to deliver it in 2-3 business days.

Samsung Galaxy Core GT-I8262 is powered by 1.2 Ghz Dual Core processor, 4.3 inch TFT LCD Display with WVGA resolution of 480x800p, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB internal storage (expandable upto 32 GB via MicroSD card slot), 5 MP Rear camera with LED flash and Auto focus, 0.3 MP Front facing camera and 1,800 mAh battery.

The Estore claims it running on latest Android version which is 4.2.2 Jelly Bean but other sites Flipkart and Infibeam states it running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. So, it's still not confirmed if it runs Android 4.1 or 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

Regarding connectivity, it has GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v3, 3.5 mm audio jack and 3G network support.

For sensors it has Proximity sensor, Accelerometer sensor and Digital Compass.

Motorola Moto X4 alleged specifications leaked on GFXBench

Motorola Moto X4 is in rumors for quite a long time now, various renders, images and specifications has been leaked online but this specific spec sheet spotted on GFXBench is lesser than what is rumored about Moto X4. The Moto X4 was rumored to have 13MP Rear and 16MP Front cameras but in the spec sheet, it shows 11MP Rear and 15MP Front facing camera (the quality of the camera doesn't seem compromised though). ( Spec sheet spotted on GFXBench ) Also, the Moto X4 was rumored to be running on 4Gigabytes of RAM but there's only 3Gigs of RAM detected by the GFXBench. Still, we have seen a lot of benchmarks gone wrong a lot of times. So, we cannot confirm this spec sheet to be 100% true for the coming Moto X4 from Lenovo in the coming days. Apple iPhone 8 back panel image leaked

There's only two month left for the iPhone 8 to be released officially by Apple on it's 10th Anniversary in the month of September. As usual, iPhone 8 has been going through a lot of rumors but now there's a leak from an insider showing off the iPhone 8's back panel. As we can observe, the back panel is made of glass with oval shape cut out for placement of camera. Apple's logo is in it's usual place. Going by the leaked back panel, there's no chance of fingerprint sensor being placed in the back panel as claimed by previous rumors. Also, Apple's iPhone 8 is expected to feature a 3D face recognition to unlock the handset.
