HTC One Mini 2 officially announced, Coming to UK and Europe soon

After some leaks and rumors all around for more than a week, HTC finally took off the wraps officially from the HTC One Mini 2 which is believed to be successor of One Mini and Mini version of the One (M8).



However, this mini version have a 13MP Rear camera and not an Ultrapixel camera which might make a lot of difference while you capture videos and images. In fact, changing the camera from Ultrapixel to Megapixel is a downgrade from HTC's mind (we believe it too).

HTC One Mini 2 features 4.5 inch 720p display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz with Adreno 305, 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage (expandable up-to 128GB via micro-SD card slot).

As mentioned above, the device is equipped with 13MP Rear camera capable of FHD (1080p) video recording and 5MP on Front which is too capable of 1080p video recordings.The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and is juiced up by 2,100 mAh battery.

Regarding connectivity, it supports - LTE, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, micro-USB 2.0, 3G and 3.5mm audio jack.


There's no information about the pricing officially from HTC but the One Mini 2 was listed for 470 Euros in Europe in Gunmetal Gray, Glacial Silver and Amber Gold. Also for the UK citizens, EE and Three UK will be carrying this device for sale by June 13.

Lenovo Vibe Z (K910L) is getting Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware update

Looks like the worlds largest PC manufacturer is picking up the speed and focusing on the Smartphone markets because users of Lenovo Vibe Z (K910L) in Malaysia has reported getting Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware update for their device.



The update is rolled out OTA (Over-the-air) sizes massive amount of 1.2 GB fixing all kind of bugs, errors and obviously improving performance and stability of the device and maybe Lenovo also have thrown-in some of it's features from Motorola's recent acquisition.

As usual, to update your Vibe Z to Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware just navigate to Settings>About Phone>Software Updates> Check for Updates and see if you got the update waiting for your there.
