Nokia expects to end it's acquisition with Microsoft this month and Nokia Oyj will be renamed as Microsoft Oy
In a mail, sent to us by Nokia confirms that their acquisition with Microsoft for the Nokia Devices and services will be ended by end of this month but Nokia will continue to have same policy as before without any changes and to continue it's business services such as HERE location-based products and services which are also part of acquisition with Microsoft.
However, the company will still exist but fully owned by Microsoft subsidiary handling the mobile devices production powered by Microsoft's own WP operating system.
From the mail - Nokia also mentions that their commitment to privacy remains paramount and also mentions that it's consumers can still contact Nokia at : Microsoft Mobile Oy, c/o Privacy, Keilaranta 7, 02150 Espoo, Finland (or), Nokia Corporation, c/o privacy, Keilalahdentie 4, 02150 Espoo, Finland.

"Nokia currently expects to complete the sale of its Devices & Services business to Microsoft in April 2014. With the completion of this transaction, a Microsoft Finnish affiliate* assumes responsibility for your personal data and the contractual relationships for the products and services related to this business. Microsoft cares deeply about your privacy and the protection of your personal data and will continue to collect and use your personal data in the same ways and for the same reasons as Nokia, and you should experience no difference as a result of the sale.

And also Nokia was also rumored to be working on a smartwatch and we expect it to be better and coming out soon in the market but it can't be confirmed if Nokia was really working on a smartwatch.
