Mahindra Reva Electric Vehicles has launched e2o, its all electric zero emission car in Nepal.
Agni Energy, the official distributor of Mahindra Vehicles in Nepal
will retail the electric car from their showroom in Kathmandu. Mahindra
e2o is priced at NPR 2.25 million (around INR 13.72 lakhs).
Reva Electric Vehicles Chairman Pawan Goenka at the launch said that
electric vehicles have been emerging as an alternative to petrol or
diesel driven vehicles. "With the Mahindra e2o, we have taken the lead
not only in creating a comprehensive ecosystem to nurture sustainable
mobility solutions, but have also firmly placed a choice in the hands of
our customers," he said.
According to the company, the vehicle has been launched in Nepal as an
urban mobility solution, which is a fully automatic car that comes with a
"Boost Mode" system for quick acceleration. Goenka further said that
