Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 is available now

Samsung has officially started rolling out Android 4.3 Jelly bean frimware update to it's latest flagship Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 LTE-enabled version.

According to reports, Germany will the first country to receive Android 4.3 Jelly bean firmware update later followed by all other countries. German users can update their Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean firmware update via Samsung Kies (or) OTA (over-the-air).

This firmware updates brings kinda some new features to the device, though it's a part of Samsung's own TouchWiz UI and not the OS itself.

Here's the changelog compiled with Sammobile :
- OpenGL 3.0 Support
- GALAXY GEAR Support
- TRIM Support (Makes the device much faster)
- ANT+ Support
- Samsung Wallet comes pre-loaded
- Improved RAM management
- Improved Display colour reproduction (Display looks much sharper than before)
- Improved TouchWiz Launcher (Much less launcher redraws and less lag)
- New Samsung Keyboard
- New Samsung Browser (Full screen by default, new tab interface and more)
- New Reading Mode (Optimises display for reading, used by only a few specific applications)
- New Camera firmware
- Minor UI tweaks (Contacts app, Flashlight Widget, dialog boxes etc)

As always, everybody else in the world need to wait for the update notification to pop-up on their screen (or) they can simply install the firmware via Odin but through this you may void your smartphone's warranty.

Currently, Samsung has started rolling out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean firmware to only Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 LTE-enabled model. Sammobile claims that the Octa-core GT-I9500 will follow suit next week, the Galaxy S III will be getting its 4.3 release next month, while the Galaxy Note II will get the Android 4.3 treatment in December.

The reason why the former Samsung phablet is taking so long to reach Android 4.3 is the huge number of S Pen-related features that need to be ported to the lasest Android release.

Moto G5 Plus set to launch today in India exclusively on Flipkart for under Rs. 25,000

Motorola (Lenovo owned) an Flipkart have been teasing about Moto G5 Plus release past weeks and finally it's set to launch today on air at 12:00 this noon. Moto G5 Plus is expected to be available on Flipkart exclusively as soon after the launch event for purchase and expected price is between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000. The Moto G5 and G5 Plus were already displayed at MWC by Lenovo. Apple iPhone 8 back panel image leaked

There's only two month left for the iPhone 8 to be released officially by Apple on it's 10th Anniversary in the month of September. As usual, iPhone 8 has been going through a lot of rumors but now there's a leak from an insider showing off the iPhone 8's back panel. As we can observe, the back panel is made of glass with oval shape cut out for placement of camera. Apple's logo is in it's usual place. Going by the leaked back panel, there's no chance of fingerprint sensor being placed in the back panel as claimed by previous rumors. Also, Apple's iPhone 8 is expected to feature a 3D face recognition to unlock the handset.
