Sony Xperia Z1 (Honami) prices hit online, $730 in US, €650 in Germany and £564 in UK

Pricing info for the new Sony Xperia Z1 is starting to appear online. Clove UK has the flagship at £564 (including VAT) and notes that the first stock is expected to arrive on September 16. For comparison, the old Xperia Z is £450.

Negri Electronics has priced the Xperia Z1 at $730 and will get it in stock a few days later, on September 20.

The Erman press release has prices for the ZZ1 and the various other accessories – the flagship Android phone will cost €650, the availability is a vague "Q3". Unfortunately, we couldn’t find it in any German stores yet.

The press release also lists the prices of the accessories showed off yesterday. The Cyber-shot QX100 lens-style camera is €450 (and $500 on Amazon.com), the QX10 is €200 ($250). The Sony SmartWatch 2 is scheduled for Q3 at €200. The Smart Imaging Stand is €120, while the simple tripod is €40, both are coming out at the end of the month.

Moto G5 Plus set to launch today in India exclusively on Flipkart for under Rs. 25,000

Motorola (Lenovo owned) an Flipkart have been teasing about Moto G5 Plus release past weeks and finally it's set to launch today on air at 12:00 this noon. Moto G5 Plus is expected to be available on Flipkart exclusively as soon after the launch event for purchase and expected price is between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000. The Moto G5 and G5 Plus were already displayed at MWC by Lenovo. Apple iPhone 8 back panel image leaked

There's only two month left for the iPhone 8 to be released officially by Apple on it's 10th Anniversary in the month of September. As usual, iPhone 8 has been going through a lot of rumors but now there's a leak from an insider showing off the iPhone 8's back panel. As we can observe, the back panel is made of glass with oval shape cut out for placement of camera. Apple's logo is in it's usual place. Going by the leaked back panel, there's no chance of fingerprint sensor being placed in the back panel as claimed by previous rumors. Also, Apple's iPhone 8 is expected to feature a 3D face recognition to unlock the handset.
