Nokia' forthcoming Amber update for it's Lumia 520, Lumia 620 and Lumia 720 will reportedly bring support for Bluetooth 4.0 and Bluetooth low energy devices (Bluetooth smart).
This news was officially shared by Nokia at a bloggers event in Hong Kong and was first reported by Blogjackphone.com. The website also reported that the update will also enhance sharpness of pictures in Lumia 920. The blog also shared before and after photos taken through Lumia 920 smartphone prior to the update and after it's deployment.

The Amber update will also bring improved colour temperature of photos and focusing time, sharpness of photos even when zooming in, improved battery life. It also brings Nokia Smart camera mode to capture high quality images with ability to take ten shots at once and later edit them with tools and effects like Best shot, Action shot and Motion focus. It's also expected that update will bring 'double tap to wake up' lock screen gesture to some Lumia phones.
The Update also contains features like FM Radio and add CaiDAV and CardDav support, extends support for Gmail and other Google services
Amber Update was first unveiled at the launch of Lumia 925 which is already part of it's firmware.
According to a tweet by Nokia Spain account, the Amber Update will be rolled out in month of August.
