Micromax launches Canvas Music A88

Micromax Canvas Music comes with free unlimited music downloads from Mlive

Indian mobile phone brand Micromax has announced the launch of its latest addition to the Canvas series of Android smartphone - Canvas Music for Rs 8,499. It will be available at online stores from tomorrow and JBL Tempo headset worth Rs 1,800 will come free with the smartphone.

Canvas Music comes with a 4.5 capacitive touch display with a 480 x 852 pixel resolution. The device is powered with a Mediatek 6577 dual core processor running at 1GHz. There is a 512 MB of RAM that is available on the device along with 4 GB of internal storage out of which 1.93 MB will be user available. The application storage available in the device is 503MB with an expandable storage capacity of up to 32GB with the use of Micro SD cards.Its with an Android OS Jelly Bean.

The Canvas Music sports a 5.0 megapixel rear camera with flash and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. The video capture resolution supported by the device is limited to 640 x 480 pixels at 30 frames per second.
To make the device empowered with music the company is also offering the buyers' unlimited music downloads thorough the Mlive music store that will come preloaded on the device.

    The Music output of the phone is pretty decent and it is packed with latest Android Version 4.1.1 JB which feels good overall and what to say about the little JBL monster. it simply \m/.
    Phone is superb if you consider the price..
