Motorola wearable Moto 360 to be compatible with devices running on Android 4.3 and Up

Just a day or two days ago, Motorola officially announced it's first wearable device called Moto 360 in different kind of styles suitable for different kind of dressing styles.

Now the latest news has been on internet that Moto 360 will be only compatible with devices running Android 4.3 and Up versions (including the future ones). Moto 360 is made of stainless steel and in different kind of styles to look good on your wrist.

In a hangout broadcast on Motorola's Youtube channel, Jim Wicks Lead Designer of Moto 360 disclosed some new features of the wearable.

You may get one question in mind about this wearable - What is it made of ? Well, Jim Wicks answered it by saying that it's made of Stainless Steel and accompanying the round display are of two types of straps, a genuine leather strap and a Steel strap.

A little hardware detail has been disclosed that the Moto 360 will not have USB port which means that it will be able to charge wirelessly (i.e Motorola Andoid made of Waterproof).

Diameter of display/case is about 46 mm. This size is reasonably big for a wristwatch and is used mostly for men’s watches. Jim Wicks was asked if Moto will make smaller display watches for women? Motorola has no immediate plans to do so. Perhaps, the given size of watch is perfect for information to be displayed comfortably.

Moto 360 will be compatible with all Moto devices and other Android devices running 4.3 or Up. The Moto 360 runs on Android wear OS which is specially made for wearable gadgets.

On Google's official Blog, it mentioned that their team is already in works with several electronics manufacturers including Asus, HTC, Motorola, LG, Samsung and chip makers, such as Broadcom, Imagination, Intel, MediaTek and Qualcomm and fashion brands like Fossil group to bring more options for consumers to choose from.

First wearable will be from Motorola named Moto 360 after April-May month starting with US market and hopefully we will see this wearable at Google I/O 2014.

Motorola Moto X4 alleged specifications leaked on GFXBench

Motorola Moto X4 is in rumors for quite a long time now, various renders, images and specifications has been leaked online but this specific spec sheet spotted on GFXBench is lesser than what is rumored about Moto X4. The Moto X4 was rumored to have 13MP Rear and 16MP Front cameras but in the spec sheet, it shows 11MP Rear and 15MP Front facing camera (the quality of the camera doesn't seem compromised though). ( Spec sheet spotted on GFXBench ) Also, the Moto X4 was rumored to be running on 4Gigabytes of RAM but there's only 3Gigs of RAM detected by the GFXBench. Still, we have seen a lot of benchmarks gone wrong a lot of times. So, we cannot confirm this spec sheet to be 100% true for the coming Moto X4 from Lenovo in the coming days. The Moto X4 is expected to be launched by end of this month or in August. Source Let us know what you think about this below in comments section. Apple iPhone 8 back panel image leaked

There's only two month left for the iPhone 8 to be released officially by Apple on it's 10th Anniversary in the month of September. As usual, iPhone 8 has been going through a lot of rumors but now there's a leak from an insider showing off the iPhone 8's back panel. As we can observe, the back panel is made of glass with oval shape cut out for placement of camera. Apple's logo is in it's usual place. Going by the leaked back panel, there's no chance of fingerprint sensor being placed in the back panel as claimed by previous rumors. Also, Apple's iPhone 8 is expected to feature a 3D face recognition to unlock the handset. The iPhone 8 is said to cost a lot more than it's predecessors making it only affordable by "true apple fans" - claimed by Engadget.
