HTC introduces Desire 700 and 501 in Taiwan

Today, HTC held a presentation meeting at Taiwan showing off it's new Desire model's mid-range smartphones.

Desire 700

HTC Desire 700 features 5 inch qHD display and is very similar in design with HTC One but with lower resolution, powered by Quad-core Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM, 8 MP Rear camera with BSI sensor and f/2.0 aperture capable of FULL HD video recording and also supports HTC Zoe.

On front, it's equipped with 2.1 MP camera with BSI sensor. For storage, it has 8GB in-built with no expandable SD slot. Under back panel lies a 2,100 mAh Li-Po battery and the smartphone runs on Android Jelly Bean with HTC Blinkfeed.

The phone is priced NTD 13,900 which in conversion turns out to be $470.

Desire 501

HTC Desire 501 feature 4.3 WVGA display, powered by dual-core processor clocked at 1.15 GHz, 1GB of RAM, front and back camera's are same as the Desire 700 but with no HTC Zoe support, 8GB in-built storage (expandable), 2,100 mAh battery and the smartphone runs on Android Jelly Bean with HTC Sense.

HTC Desire 501

The smartphone costs NTD 9,900 in Taiwan, in conversion with dollars it's $330.

Motorola has finally taken the next step and launched it's two smartphones - Moto E4 and E4 Plus in Indian market for Rs. 8,499 and Rs. 9,999 respectively. Motorola Moto X4 alleged specifications leaked on GFXBench

Motorola Moto X4 is in rumors for quite a long time now, various renders, images and specifications has been leaked online but this specific spec sheet spotted on GFXBench is lesser than what is rumored about Moto X4. The Moto X4 was rumored to have 13MP Rear and 16MP Front cameras but in the spec sheet, it shows 11MP Rear and 15MP Front facing camera (the quality of the camera doesn't seem compromised though). ( Spec sheet spotted on GFXBench ) Also, the Moto X4 was rumored to be running on 4Gigabytes of RAM but there's only 3Gigs of RAM detected by the GFXBench. Still, we have seen a lot of benchmarks gone wrong a lot of times. So, we cannot confirm this spec sheet to be 100% true for the coming Moto X4 from Lenovo in the coming days. Apple iPhone 8 back panel image leaked

There's only two month left for the iPhone 8 to be released officially by Apple on it's 10th Anniversary in the month of September. As usual, iPhone 8 has been going through a lot of rumors but now there's a leak from an insider showing off the iPhone 8's back panel. As we can observe, the back panel is made of glass with oval shape cut out for placement of camera. Apple's logo is in it's usual place. Going by the leaked back panel, there's no chance of fingerprint sensor being placed in the back panel as claimed by previous rumors. Also, Apple's iPhone 8 is expected to feature a 3D face recognition to unlock the handset. The iPhone 8 is said to cost a lot more than it's predecessors making it only affordable by "true apple fans" - claimed by Engadget.
