Nokia Amber Update Changelog details appeared online

Amber Update which Nokia promised to release for it's Lumia devices (Lumia 920/820/720/620/520) later in few months has been appeared online detailing it's Changelog.

With this changelog we can know what to expect from this upcoming Amber Update for Lumia devices. As we already know that the Amber Update contains official Windows Phone 8 GDR2 which will be coming later this year to every Windows Phone 8 smartphones.

There are some features which remain exclusive to only Lumia devices.

Some guys from nokiawindowsphone.pl managed to get their hands on the complete changelog of the PR2.0 Amber Update and shared it online publicly.
  • Glance Screen: Clock Charging indicator / low battery Indicator for silent / vibra mode, night mode (change color for night time). OFF by default.
  • Smart camera capture the best moment: Accidental remove unwanted objects from the scene. Select the best shot and precise moment. Sequense take a group of images with advanced face, smile and blink detection. The, best 'face for each person is automatically selected into a single, best' shot.
  • FM Radio: Be ready to tune your favorite station - FM Radio is BACK! Store your favorite stations for the next time.
  • Flip: Flip to silence the phone to turn it silence.
  • Data Sense: Managing your data flow monitor and control data usage. Optimally compressing web traffic.
  • Find your closest hotspot: Enriched web services (for operators).

And these are some of the features part of the Windows Phone 8 GDR2 update.
  • Xbox Music facilitated selection, procurement and pinning music. Also for fans of music are provided to display more detailed metadata (eg information about the songs and albums), and made other improvements.
  • You can listen to FM radio: FM radio directly in the heart of Music + Video. (This is not available in some phones).
  • Data Sense: Sense With the service date have complete control over the amount of data sent over the phone. You can impose a limit corresponding to your subscription or simply keep track of which applications send much data. (Not all mobile operators offer the service offering Sense).
  • Application: Skype applications to support VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), for example, Lync and Skype now gained greater stability and efficiency of operations.
  • Comfort: Internet Explorer web browsing will be greatly improved by better compliance with HTML 5
  • Other improvements includes many other improvements of Windows Phone.
The Amber Update already comes with Lumia 925 and Lumia 1020 out of the box and it's expected to hit other Lumia devices in August or September.

Motorola Moto X4 alleged specifications leaked on GFXBench

Motorola Moto X4 is in rumors for quite a long time now, various renders, images and specifications has been leaked online but this specific spec sheet spotted on GFXBench is lesser than what is rumored about Moto X4. The Moto X4 was rumored to have 13MP Rear and 16MP Front cameras but in the spec sheet, it shows 11MP Rear and 15MP Front facing camera (the quality of the camera doesn't seem compromised though). ( Spec sheet spotted on GFXBench ) Also, the Moto X4 was rumored to be running on 4Gigabytes of RAM but there's only 3Gigs of RAM detected by the GFXBench. Still, we have seen a lot of benchmarks gone wrong a lot of times. So, we cannot confirm this spec sheet to be 100% true for the coming Moto X4 from Lenovo in the coming days. Apple iPhone 8 back panel image leaked

There's only two month left for the iPhone 8 to be released officially by Apple on it's 10th Anniversary in the month of September. As usual, iPhone 8 has been going through a lot of rumors but now there's a leak from an insider showing off the iPhone 8's back panel. As we can observe, the back panel is made of glass with oval shape cut out for placement of camera. Apple's logo is in it's usual place. Going by the leaked back panel, there's no chance of fingerprint sensor being placed in the back panel as claimed by previous rumors. Also, Apple's iPhone 8 is expected to feature a 3D face recognition to unlock the handset.
