While Google is yet to announce it's next Android Version, there's a leak of Android 4.3 running on Nexus 4 owned by a Google+ user who claims that the device is actually running on Android 4.3 instead of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean after a couple of weeks.
The user uploaded a screenshot of About phone revealing the Nexus 4 to be running on Android 4.3 with build number JWR66N (an yet to be announced Android version from Google).
Although Android 4.3 is referred to be named as Jelly Bean version and it's known thorugh leaks that if Google releases the Android 4.3 there would not be major updates in user-interfacing (though it's not official).
