Datawind for selling the tablet at Rs. 2500 is considered by government of India. UbiSlate 7C+ is the tablet unit which company hopes to to see being molded as the government-subsidized educational device. Datawind has been manufacturing tablets for government of India since 2011, the first device was launched ta Ultra-low cost. It's second tablet came out last year and enhanced over it's predecessor. Although, there was much trouble that marred the distribution of this one. Allegations of it being a Chinese product not manufactured in the nation were first leveled against it. And then, there were also issues of it not meeting its initial distribution deadline.
