Now, the rumors start again - Nokia is rumored for planning to launch it's first ever Windows RT tablet in September.
People familiar with this said, the company will unveil its tablet at a special launch event in New York next month. Nokia has been courting developers for the event, and it's tentatively scheduled for September 26th.
Currently this tablet has been code-named as Vanquish, powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 processor running on Windows RT including support for LTE and will be available through AT&T in US. There has been no words about it's availability in other markets but we expect it to hit other markets before end of October.
Recently, an alleged image has been leaked which appears to be Verizon variant of Nokia Windows RT tablet leaked by Chinese site Digiwo. The photos show the rear of a red 10.1-inch tablet with the Verizon, Windows RT, and Nokia logos.
Furthermore Digiwo reported that the tablet will be equipped with detachable keyboard, connected to the flat after like with a Touch Cover, like Microsoft Surface work. It also revealed that Nokia's tablet will have a full USB port, micro HDMI port and a USB 3.0 interface.
Nokia Windows RT tablet is rumored to feature a 10.1 inch FULL HD display with detachable keyboard (similar with Microsoft's Surface), powered by 2.1 GHz Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 processor, 32 GB of Internal Storage.
For connectivity, it will have MicroUSB 3.0, USB port on the back-compatible Wireless N Cell and Micro HDMI port.
