The Excite Write and Excite Pro are powered by Nvidia's Tegra 4 processor. All three of them looks same but they have something different to offer.

Excite Pure

It has a 10.1 inch display with resolution of 1280x800p, Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, 1.2 MP front facing camera, 16 GB internal storage (expandable via MicroSD card slot), running on Android Version 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Regarding connectivity, it has Micro-HDMI and Micro-USB.

Excite Pro

It has a 10.1 inch display with resolution of 2560x1600p, Nvidia's Tegra 4 processor, 8 MP Rear Camera, 1.3 MP front camera, 32 GB internal storage (expandable via MicroSD card slot), running on Android Version 4.1 Jelly Bean. For connectivity, it has Micro-HDMI, Micro-USB and MicroSD ports.

Excite Write

This tablet has similar specifications to Excite Pro and lets you "write" with Wacom digitizer which comes along with tablet. The writing capability of this tablet makes it a competitor of Galaxy Tab 10.1. However, when compared to the Note series that has software that supports the S-Pen functionalities, the Excite Write might not turn out to be so exciting.

The tablet comes with in-built app from Toshiba's Own TruNote for writing by using stylus. However, there is no slot for Stylus in tablet but Galaxy Note has slot for stylus in it.
