Nokia expects to end it's acquisition with Microsoft this month and Nokia Oyj will be renamed as Microsoft Oy
In a mail, sent to us by Nokia confirms that their acquisition with Microsoft for the Nokia Devices and services will be ended by end of this month but Nokia will continue to have same policy as before without any changes and to continue it's business services such as HERE location-based products and services which are also part of acquisition with Microsoft. However, the company will still exist but fully owned by Microsoft subsidiary handling the mobile devices production powered by Microsoft's own WP operating system.
