The first thing we heard from Google at it's I/O 2014 was it's newest program announcement called Android One which Google explained that it's gonna launch smartphones in India under $100 in partnership with India handset manufacturers - Micromax, Spice and Karbonn powered by Android's latest version in it. Android Vice President, Sundar Pichai said that, Google will be releasing future updates to these mobile as they do to their own Nexus line-up or say Google Play Editions. So, getting latest Android version with decent specifications under $100 price tag will be huge success for Google in Indian market where people look out for affordable smartphones and the Android One program guarantees that phones under this program will come out with the most recent Android release.
