Micromax Canvas LapTab with Windows 8 and Android dual boot, device image leaked

It looks life Micromax is getting professional and struggling hard and doing effortless work to gain it's priority among the Indian market. Now coming to the image leaked, this comes from MMXNewscaster who has been known to be accurate almost at all times. If indeed this device in the image comes officially true, then undoubtedly Micromax will become the most successful Indian handset maker here. Acer launched three Windows 8 touch-enabled devices

Acer India is the first company to launch a full featured 8.1 inch tablet along with two other devices. The company launched three Windows 8 touch-enabled devices - Acer Iconia W3, Aspire P3 and Aspire R7. ( Photo : omgdroid.com ) Harish Kohli managing director of Acer India said, “We are the first PC player to launch a full-featured 8.1-inch tablet, along with two other new products, the Acer Aspire P3 and Aspire R7.  Touch being the future, we are excited to collaborate with Microsoft to deliver a powerful new class of Windows devices for the Indian consumer.” Iconia W3 weights 540 grams and is 11.35 mm thin  with an optional full-size bluetooth keyboard. Iconia W3 will be available for 30,499 INR (Indian Rupees). Aspire P3 Ultrabook weights 1.3 kilograms and is 0.77 inches thin, available for 54,499 INR (Indian Rupees). ASUS announced Transformer Book Trio running Windows 8 and Android powered by Intel CPU's

ASUS at Computex 2013 announced their Transformer Book Trio which the company claims to be the  "world's first three-in-one notebook, tablet, and desktop PC."   ( Photo : cdn2.sbnation.com ) ASUS designed this Transformer Book Trio allowing users to instantly switch between Windows 8 and Android (Jelly Bean). This device offers  a notebook dock "for work," and basic tablet functionality "for play." It's powered by dual-core Intel processors, including a core i7 Haswell CPU for Windows 8 and the highest-performance, yet power-efficient "Atom" for Android. Acer launched 8-inch windows 8 tablet and 5.7-inch smartphone

Acer a Taiwanese computing company announced that it's working to launch new devices which will  "reinvent the way computing is looked at" in PCs, tablets and notebooks. With a day ahead of Computex 2013, Acer launched an 8-inch windows 8 tablet Iconia W3 and a 5.7 inch smartphone and the company claims that the tablet will bring desktop to your hands. JT Wang, Chairman and CEO of Acer said,  "Users are becoming smarter and don't need to keep buying new devices. PC makers should understand this and explore beyond our own limits. Acer is prepared to collaborate with industry leaders to create innovative products with better user experience. We want to be category leaders in tablets and smartphones." Microsoft released surface pro Windows 8 tablet in Australia

Yesterday on May 30th 2013, Microsoft launched it's new Windows 8 powered tablet called as "Surface Pro" in Australia. This new tablet was made available from that day (30th May) in two variants, a 64 GB version which costs $999 (Rs. 56223) and a 128 GB version which costs $1,099 (Rs. 61,851). Australia was the late country to receive this tablet as it was released in US and other markets at the beginning of the year. Surface Pro is powered by Intel processor, so it can run regular Microsoft Windows programs - unlike the surface RT tablet which was released last year built on ARM processor architecture.
