According to Xperia Blog, an alleged leaked documentations belonging to Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo confirmed the existence of Sony Xperia Z1 Mini dubbed as Xperia Z1 F (with some model number as - SO2F). From this documentation it's confirmed that Sony is indeed working on a Mini version of Xperia Z1 and it's far from it's release. The Documentations also revealed specifications of the device which perfectly align with previous leaks of the device. From documents - it will be featuring 4.3 inch FULL HD display, powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 chipset clocked @ 2.2 GHz, 20.7 MP Rear camera (same as the Xperia Z1), 2,300 mAh battery and running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. It's dimensions are - 127 x 64.9 x 9.4 mm vs 144 x 74 x 8.5 mm. That's all we got for now . Sooner (or) later, Sony will be officially announcing it's Mini version of Xperia Z1.
