Samsung has officially listed it's Galaxy S5 for pre-order on it's Indian Estore website for Rs. 1500 (inclusive of taxes) in both Black and White colors and also gives 15% cashback when you use Citibank credit card for paying. Samsung also offers Cash on Delivery and promises to deliver it in just 1-3 days. As we already know, Indian market will be getting the Exynos 5 Octa-core powered variant, not the Snapdragon variant. Still Samsung hasn't uttered a word about on what price range this device will be set and declined to comment on it. Who doesn't want to pre-order Galaxy S5, they might need to wait for few days till Flipkart lists out Galaxy S5 with the exact and real price of the device. Samsung today has officially launched it's latest flagship device Galaxy S5 and two smart-watches Gear Neo, Gear 2 and Gear Fit in India. While the exact pricing details haven't been announced yet for these gadgets, it's expected to range from Rs. 51,000 to Rs. 53,000 for Galaxy S5, Rs. 21,900 for Gear 2. Whereas the Gear Neo and Gear Fit has been priced at Rs. 15,900. Samsung today at MWC14 has officially unveiled it's most anticipated and the most ever rumored Galaxy S5 device and unexpectedly, Samsung has also unveiled a new wearable called "Gear Fit" with a larger and better display. Now the most interesting things - Samsung Galaxy S5 features finger print scanner to unlock the device and also has the Heart Rate sensor to keep track of our Heart beat and UHD video recording at 30fps. Samsung has officially released a trailer video hinting at all the possibilities that Galaxy S5 may have. This trailer doesn't hints nothing new but does confirms recent reports and rumors all around the internet. An alleged box of Samsung Galaxy S5 has been hit online revealing it's key hardware specifications giving a glimpse and confirmation about them. From the box, the Samsung Galaxy S5 aligns perfectly with out previously posted Specs sheet which we received from an unknown source some days ago and the Specs from the box are - 5.2 inch QHD Super AMOLED display and powered by Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.5 GHz. It has 20 MP AF Rear camera and 2MP Front facing camera. Juiced by 3,000 mAh battery. From the previous reports and our Specs sheet, the Rear camera to be capable of 4K video recording white the Front camera to be capable of FHD recording. Yesterday, Sammobile has posted two different benchmarks of Samsung smartphones obtained from AnTuTu website which are supposed to be Galaxy S5 models. One is dubbed as SM-G900R4 which is Snapdragon 800 device. The Other is dubbed as SM-G900H which is Exynos Octa-Core powered device. This two models, the SM-G900H and SM-G900R4 feature different specifications in them which kinda puts these two models in the way of Mini and the original devices. While we think the SM-G900R4 to be the Original version and the SM-G900H to be the Mini version (or) maybe we are wrong. Note :- These devices still can be prototype (means not the final version of the device). According KoreanHerald anonymous source, Samsung is testing different types of biometric scanners but has deemed the iris (read eye) an unintuitive one. Just imagine getting your eye close to the front of the device every time you want to unlock it. Now imaging doing so in a dark room, cinema or when you're wearing sunglasses. According to Korean Media, Samsung Galaxy S5 will be officially unveiled in month of January 2014. This earlier release of Galaxy S5 is dictated by the disappointing sales of the Galaxy S4. It appears that despite the excellent sales performance of the flagship, Samsung is still not really pleased and think it could've done better.
