Today, the founders of Beats - actor Tyrese Gibson and Dr. Dre officially announced on the Instagram account that Apple has acquired Beats and it's services for $3.2 Billion. ( Image Credit : redmondpie.com ) Till now, these companies used to be rivalries but now there's a chance that we may see a product from Apple in coming months with Beats Audio enhancements. Apple acquired Beats in order to improve it's sales of iTunes and merge them both for better future. So far, this is the first acquisition done by Apple. This acquisition came to light when there was an initial report of the deal on the internet and later confirmed by the founders of Beats on Instagram. The new yet to be announced HTC One just today got benchmarked giving an glimpse of what the new HTC One will be capable of. From the benchmark result the new HTC One is powerful than the Note 3 and beats it all out of it's way. As HTC promised, it's more powerful than before and more beautiful than before. Beats Electronis President just recently confirmed the HTC One Max existence by saying they have an bigger announcement with HTC's new device this fall of year. Probably this hints at the HTC One Max. Well, the good news is Beats Electronics are not done with HTC just yet as the company's COO has confirmed that the upcoming HTC flagship will feature beats audio. Luke Wood , president and the chief operating officer at Beats Electronics, says that the company still has 25% investments in HTC along with a commercial deal with the Taiwanese manufacturer. However, Mr. Wood declined to comment whether the Beats relationship with HTC would continue past the One Max or not, but says that they have learned some great things from their cooperation from the Taiwanese manufacturer.
