Sony has officially started rolling out Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean firmware update to it's Xperia L smartphone. The update is now available through PC companion and sizes 700 MB. In addition to this firmware update, it also has several tweaks to the home launcher including a new homescreen, improved search and app sorting, updated media apps (Walkman, Album and Movies), easier Small Apps and two new camera features - Burst mode and Auto Scene Recognition. Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean for Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Wi-Fi model is now available in US

Since few days, users of Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Wi-Fi model in US has started getting Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The Update is 661.19 MB in size and can be updated using Samsung Kies (or) by navigating to Settings > About Device > Software update > Check for updates in your Galaxy Note 8 Wi-Fi model. Be sure to make backup of your device to be on safe side. Well, Samsung didn't made it official but yes people there are currently receiving Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean for their Note 8 Wi-Fi model. Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean officially released for HTC Butterfly

Starting from Today, HTC has officially started rolling out Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean to it's Butterfly smartphone. HTC also revealed to announce more Android updates to it's more handsets later. Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Sense 5 update released for HTC One X

Today, HTC released Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Sense 5 update for it's HTC One X users. For now, Only unlocked European version of the smartphone can get this update and for the rest of the One X users will be receiving it in coming weeks. Android 4.2.2 and Sense 5 UI, the HTC One X gets features like Blinkfeed, Lockscreen widgets, as well as the Quick settings panel. The latter brings access to 12 different settings with a single swipe. Another user interface enhancement, albeit minor, is the battery level percent indicator next to the battery icon in the status bar. The gallery app has been also overhauled with video highlights, which come with 12 different themes. There's also auto exposure and auto-focus lock available in the camera app. Lastly, the music app enjoys the got visualization with live lyrics. HTC One X+ started getting Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Sense 5 UI

Few days ago, HTC officially started releasing Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Sense 5 UI to it's One X+ smartphone users. It's available to all through OTA (Over-the-air). This new Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Sense 5 UI update brings some new features to the HTC One X+ users like - BlinkFeed homescreen and there's also a new lockscreen to go with dubbed "Electronic gadgets". According to a Samsung focused website Sammobile , Samsung Galaxy S II Plus users in Germany started getting Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean Update via Samsung Kies. The update comes with build number I9105PXXUBMG8 and is now available via Kies. There are supposedly performance improvements, enhancements to TouchWiz (expect to see some of the features from the Galaxy S4 as well), and the usual 4.2.2 features like lockscreen widgets, Daydream screensaver mode, dedicated toggles section in the status bar, and more should also be present. Sony Mobiles yesterday officially released Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for it's Xperia Z, ZR and ZL smartphones users as it promised few weeks ago . Rumor : Samsung to skip Android 4.2.2 Update for Galaxy S III, Note II for Android 4.3

HP unveiled Slate 21 All-in-One PC

While all PC makers like Lenovo, Dell etc., released a few All-in-one PC's, HP is all set to launch it's forthcoming All-in-one PC called Slate 21 which was unveiled at an event in Beijing. HTC One Mini name confirmed with 720p display and Android 4.2

HTC posted a UAProf (User Agent profile) file which confirmed the name for upcoming smartphone to One series. The file shows that product name as HTC One Mini with 1280x720p Display running on Android version 4.2 Jelly Bean. UAProfile files is the data which is used to describe  the capabilities of a device, including manufacturer details, model name or number, display resolution and multimedia capabilities. HTC One Mini is rumored to be powered by 1.4 Ghz Dual-Core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 expected),  2GB of RAM, 16GB  internal storage (expandable),  4.3 inch display with resolution of 1280x720p and running on Android Version 4.2 Jelly Bean.
