Today, the founders of Beats - actor Tyrese Gibson and Dr. Dre officially announced on the Instagram account that Apple has acquired Beats and it's services for $3.2 Billion. Apple acquired Beats in order to improve it's sales of iTunes and merge them both for better future. So far, this is the first acquisition done by Apple.
