Gionee Pioneer P4 is available on Ebay for Rs. 9,500 just a hour ago with the Hardware specifications mentioned but manufacturer hasn't confirmed the device from it's side. So, chances are there that it can cost less than this seller's cost on Ebay. Gionee announcing it's new E series, launched E3.  The ELife series will see a slew of launches over the next few months. Gionee E3 is powered by  1.2 GHz quad-core processor ,  4.7-inch IPS HD display ,   1 GB of RAM, 16 GB Internal storage (expandable upto 32 GB via TF card), 8 MP rear camera with auto focus and LED flash, 2 MP Front camera. Both cameras are capable of HD recording. The E3 runs on Android version 4.2 Jelly bean, 1,800 mAh battery. It's a Dual SIM smartphone with Dual standby.
